Hello and welcome to Animals at Home (West Middlesex) Ltd.

I’m Sarah and am here to provide a professional, reliable and caring Animals at Home service for you and your pets in Staines, Ashford, Feltham, Bedfont, Heathrow and surrounding areas.

Originally a salmon farmer in the remote Scottish Highlands, I then moved to London and worked for around 18 years in the veterinary profession, as a trainee veterinary nurse, head receptionist in a busy 24hr veterinary hospital and also as a pet health insurance assessor so I have invaluable experience in animal handling, welfare and care.

I’m passionate about animals and I’ve been lucky enough to have a variety of pets over the years including a pony, a mouse, tropical fish, 2 guinea pigs, 4 cats and 5 dogs, one of which was a rather bonkers Great Dane called Henry! I currently have a timid little cat called Apple and a Boston Terrier cross pup called Elmo.

I operate a DEFRA approved, State Veterinary Service licensed, air conditioned Animal Ambulance, have been Police checked and I am fully insured to give you complete peace of mind.

I am situated close to Heathrow Airport and the Animal Reception Centre so can transport your pets to and from the airport should you be travelling via Heathrow.
